How to film and upload your golf swing video:
Filming and uploading your video is easy and can be done with most video cameras or even cell phones. You can have a friend film your swing or you can even set it up to film yourself. You will need to record your swing from up to 3 different views
1. Facing the Golfer.

2. Behind the Golfer, and

3. A Close Up of the Grip.

Then, simply download your swing video to your computer.

If you are using a digital camera: Use the included USB cable that came with your digital camera. Consult your camera manual when using the included USB cable and software provided by the manufacturer to download the video file.

If you are using a camera phone: Email the video to yourself, and download to your computer. You can also download the video file from your camera phone by using a USB data cable or using Bluetooth. Please consult your phone manual when using this method. Please make sure that you have internet/data capabilities on your phone before sending the video file.
